The application provides three workshop tools to mechanics and garage operators: a service log for vehicle maintenance entries, a parts estimator for assembling job quotes, and a maintenance scheduler for tracking upcoming service windows by mileage and calendar interval.
Every record you create inside Vikmash Garage — vehicle entries, service log items, parts estimates with their line items and totals, maintenance schedules, and language preference — is stored locally on the device using Android shared preferences. The application keeps these records on the device file system associated with the application sandbox. The application does not transmit, upload, mirror, or replicate this content to any remote server, account, or cloud backup system operated by the publisher.
The application functions identically whether the device is online or offline. Removing the application from the device removes the data along with it.
The application is built on the Android platform and bundles the Google Play Services client library, which is a standard component of Android distribution maintained by Google LLC. Google Play Services manages background certificate validation, security patches, application integrity, and the operating-system-level mechanisms required for the application to install, update, and run on Android devices.
